About The Super Bowl-A-Thon

We are looking forward to this year’s Super Bowl-A-Thon. Every single one just gets better and better!

Come out and support a great local cause.

Besides bowling, we will also have…

THE SCHEDULE

CHECK-IN

The day starts off by checking in at the registration table where we get you set up with your shoe and bowling ball rentals and your team.

Note: If you let us know the names of all your team-mates before the event, registration and check-in go much faster. You’ll receive instructions on how to do this when you sign up below.

Game 1

Your team will play head to head against another team. These games are all focused on having a great time. After you’ve played your 10 frames it is time to mix it up with some fun.

Half-Way

We mix it up every year, but between games, you can expect fun things like bowling challenges, raffle prizes, and live auctions!

Game 2

Now it is time for your final 10 frames of a wonderful day. Make them count… it’s all for a good cause!

How Does Westside Optimist Use The Proceeds?

Our Springfield Westside Optimist Club does not receive federal or state funding. Our organization is run by volunteers. It is comprised of dedicated men whose mission is to provide hope, positive vision and to bring out the best in kids.

Your donations, sponsorship, and participation will benefit local non-profit organizations in our area that are committed to the benefit of kids.

Recently we have supported Big Brothers Big Sister, CASA, Wish I May, Bridges For Youth and many more organizations doing great work for kids in our area. Our Club also owns the Westside Optimist Baseball Complex which has baseball leagues for kids on 3 fields at 3250 W. Grand.

We are able to provide assistance to these organizations because of continued community support and your generous donations.

HOW TO REGISTER

Save check-in time on the day of the event and pay your registration today. We accept all major debit/credit cards including American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.

$40 Individuals ($35 pre-register)

$200 Teams ($175 pre-register)

5 Bowlers per Team

Invite your co-workers, employees, friends, and family

(Shoe and ball rental are covered by your registration.)

Registering online is easy!

  1. Determine if you are going to register either one individual or a complete team
  2. Click on the correct choice below. (You’ll be redirected to your shopping cart)
  3. Pay to finish checkout
  4. Receive email receipt / confirmation
  5. Show up the day of the event and have fun!

Individual Registration is $40, or sign up a team for $200 (Teams are 5 bowlers)

Special Note For Team Registrations: If you register a team, you are the team captain. We will reach out to you to get team info.

If you know who your team members are we will also get their names to make the registration the day of the event go faster. If you don’t know the names of team members you can let us know once you figure it out or even show up the day of to get them on your official team roster. (You can submit team members electronically (you’ll get a copy of this link once you register).


Your support and assistance allows us to continue supporting many local non-profit organizations focused on kids as well as keep our Optimist Baseball fields (on Grand) manicured and open for community enjoyment.
